Novato, CA 94945 Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our team. The Lube Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, following established procedures to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform vehicle fluid checks and replacements including oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant Rotate tires and perform multi-point inspections Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout service Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with standards Contribute to shop cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations Attend staff meetings, training, and educational sessions as required Assist with inventory stocking and other general tasks as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Work Environment This is a physically demanding role requiring bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects. The position operates in a fast-paced team environment where professionalism and clear communication are essential.Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is a plus but not required Strong physical stamina and dexterity Professional appearance and dependable work ethic Excellent communication skills Safety and customer service focused Basic computer and internet skills Ability to read and understand instructionsWHAT WE OFFER
