We specialize in European vehicles, hybrids, and advanced diagnostics. We're looking for a technician who can work independently, produce quality repairs, and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Requirements Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience Strong experience with: Head gasket replacement Timing chain replacement A/C diagnosis and repair Engine performance diagnostics European vehicles preferred Hybrid vehicle experience preferred Must have own professional-grade tools Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Responsibilities Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately Perform major engine repairs and component replacements Complete inspections and document findings Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a professional team to deliver excellent customer service Follow shop procedures and safety standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Monday-Friday schedule Clean, professional shop environment Consistent workflow Opportunities for training and growth About Us Galicia Auto Repair is an independent repair shop serving Oakland and surrounding communities.
