Responsibilities Conduct routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on forklifts and related machinery using appropriate hand tools and power tools Perform basic vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire condition, and brake systems Assist with minor repairs such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance Support the maintenance team with heavy lifting tasks and the use of mechanical tools for equipment servicing Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and service logs Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose issues using automotive diagnostics tools when necessary Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance procedures and promote a safe working environment Requirements Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service procedures including oil changes, alignments, and tire service Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
