Job Description

General Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team.

The Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of equipment, with a specific focus on dingo's (mini skid steers), skid steers, mini excavators, and Kubota tractors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, as well as the ability to change tracks on various types of equipment. In addition to the equipment, you will also need to be able to work on various ford trucks like Mavericks, F-150's and some diesel trucks as well. Essential Job Functions Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gas and diesel trucks, dingo's, skid steers, Kubota tractors, mini excavators and other equipment as needed. Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective repair solutions. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Coordinate with equipment operators and supervisors to address maintenance needs in a timely manner. Safely operate equipment and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills/Abilities Proven experience as a mechanic, with specific experience working on dingo's, skid steers, mini excavators, Kubota tractors in addition to gas and diesel trucks. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues. Ability to change tracks on various types of equipment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications 7-10 years of relevant experience in automotive, mechanical, or equipment repair
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
