Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Drivability Technician who takes pride in accurate diagnosis, loves solving complex automotive challenges, and wants to work in a professional environment that values technical expertise and career development. Compensation & Benefits $34.00 - $39.00/hr based on experience and certifications Health, medical, and dental insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and vacation Climate-controlled bays Top Techs+ technician benefits Growth and advancement opportunities Long-term job security Monday-Friday work schedule What You'll Do Diagnose and repair drivability concerns, engine performance issues, and complex electrical systems Perform work efficiently and accurately according to repair orders Communicate with service advisors and parts team for seamless workflow Document all work performed and recommended repairs Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure customer satisfaction Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and technical training Mentor apprentice technicians when assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all OSHA, EPA, and dealership safety policies What We're Looking For Proven drivability and diagnostic expertise Ford certification required Previous automotive service technician experience (minimum 3-5 years preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Oroville Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
