High-volume luxury service department Premium clientele and strong customer retention Consistent repair order flow and sales opportunities Modern facilities and supportive leadership Opportunity to grow your career within a respected dealership group Strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee success Responsibilities Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns Present maintenance, repair, and recommended services Build value in repairs and maintenance based on vehicle needs Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Manage repair timelines, estimates, and vehicle delivery Maintain customer follow-up to drive retention, repeat business, and referrals Achieve service sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals Ensure all documentation and repair orders are completed accurately Qualifications Minimum one year of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience required Previous dealership experience strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Proven ability to recommend and sell maintenance and repair services Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a results-driven Service Advisor who understands how to build trust with customers, maximize repair order opportunities, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience. Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.
