Lube Technician

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Lube Technician with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately, with a focus on oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes and fluid checks (brake, coolant, transmission, etc.) Replace oil and air filters Rotate and inspect tires; check tire pressure Perform multi-point inspections and identify potential issues Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure cleanliness and safety in the service bay Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with team members and customers Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations

Qualifications:

Required minimum 1 year of experience as a lube technician or in a similar role Strong knowledge of automotive fluids, filters, and basic maintenance procedures Ability to operate standard diagnostic and service equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods ASE certification is a plus but not required
