We're growing and need a solid general repair technician to join a team that takes pride in quality, communication, and getting it right the first time. This is a general repair and maintenance role — brakes, suspension, cooling, batteries/charging, fluid services, diagnostics within your skill level, and the everyday work that keeps customers on the road. You don't need to be a master diagnostician, but you do need real shop experience and the drive to keep learning. Our 4-day workweek means three-day weekends, every week. We close Friday through Sunday. What you'll do: Perform general repairs and maintenance to a high standard, first time Complete accurate digital inspections and document your work with photos Road test before and after repairs Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized Communicate clearly with the service advisor on job status and parts needs What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years of professional repair experience in a shop Your own basic hand tools Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Willingness to pursue ASE certifications and grow your skills — we pay for training and testing ASE certifications are a plus but not required to start.
