Job Description

At Andrew's Automotive Repair, we're looking for a motivated, highly capable technician, to join our growing, family-owned shop in Redding, CA. What We Offer:
Stable, full-time hours
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (your evenings and weekends are yours) Competitive pay

  • 85K/year base while eligible for a performance based bonus Paid time off

What You'll Do:
Perform thorough diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on a variety of makes and models Handle electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues with confidence Communicate vehicle issues clearly with the Service Advisor Deliver consistent, high-quality work our customers can count on
What We're Looking For:
3+ years experience in a general repair shop Solid understanding of diagnostics (electrical & mechanical) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your craft ASE certifications are a plus—but not required A valid driver's license and clean driving record A positive attitude and the drive to grow
