We are
URGENTLY
seeking a Fleet Service Writer in the Redwood City, CA area.. Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to 35/hr. Mon-Fri 7am-5pm. Stable Hours, Stable Pay and Overtime available!! 2+ Years of experience with service work orders... Dealership experience is a huge plus based on the work culture.
THIS IS A FLEET SERVICE BUSINESS... MUST HAVE SERVICE WRITER EXPERIENCE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records. Effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and prepare service estimates Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
