We're a privately held, family-led team of engineers, contractors, and manufacturers in Rialto, CA. Over decades, we've expanded nationwide and become one of the largest, most diverse providers of drainage, sanitary, pressure, and trenchless pipe solutions—improving each generation of products along the way. Your day in this role As the shop comes alive on second shift, you'll start by staging your fuel/lube truck, reviewing service schedules, and prioritizing equipment checks. From there, you'll: Perform preventive maintenance on schedule—oil changes, greasing, and part replacements Handle basic automotive services: mount/balance tires, repair flats, complete oil services and vehicle inspections, and support other non-complex tasks while providing excellent customer service Swap out designated lube fittings and tires using air and hand tools Use schematics, service manuals, and parts lists to set up and complete minor repairs under supervision Operate the Fuel/Lube truck to deliver fuel and lubricants to equipment on site Check, communicate, and top off essential fluids (battery, power steering, washer); replace all caps Work safely and keep the area organized and clean, taking initiative to get things done Pitch in with other duties as needed What you bring Hands-on background with lube, oil, filters, brakes, and tires (auto, light truck, commercial, and farm), plus preventive maintenance fluid flushes Comfort using a full range of tools: standard/metric wrench and socket sets, screwdrivers, hammer, impact gun and sockets, pry bar, alignment toe hooks, air hammer, tape measure, vise grips, torque bits, wheel bearing socket set, 12-volt test light, and oil filter tools Ability to lift 50 lbs with ease
Experience:
