We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member who is ready to learn, grow, and become part of our team. Job Summary This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires working outdoors and staying active throughout the day. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn professional auto detailing. No professional detailing experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a small business environment. Requirements Must live in Riverside, CA. Must have reliable transportation. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly. Must be comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors for extended periods. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be willing to learn and take direction. Must be comfortable working around vehicles of various sizes. Must maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualities Hardworking and self-motivated. Interested in long-term growth opportunities. Why We Require Riverside Applicants Our work schedule varies based on customer demand and seasonal volume. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate significantly, ranging from approximately 20 hours during slower periods to 70 hours during peak demand. Because work may be scheduled on short notice and shifts can vary in length, applicants must reside in Riverside to ensure commuting remains practical and cost-effective. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and prepared for varying workloads throughout the year. Responsibilities Exterior vehicle washing and drying. Interior vacuuming and cleaning. Window cleaning. Tire and wheel cleaning. Applying dressings and protectants. Assisting with paint decontamination and paint correction services. Maintaining detailing equipment and supplies. Keeping work areas clean and organized. Providing excellent customer service. Compensation Pay is based on experience, reliability, work quality, and performance.
