well-established Automotive Dealership in the Inland Empire is seeking an exceptional Parts and Service Director to oversee our high-performing, multi-lane service operation. We are a highly driven, competitive dealership seeking a leader to elevate our service department to the next level. What You'll Do As the Service Director, you will oversee all aspects of dealership service operations and lead a high-performing service team.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee Parts and Service department sales and growth. Drive CP Sales Drive Tire Sales and alignments. 100% E-Menu sales compliance. Hire, train, develop, and motivate the service department staff. Lead and manage a large team of technicians, advisors, and support staff. Forecast department goals and ensure performance targets are achieved. Develop and manage service department budgets. Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and profitability. Monitor technician productivity and service advisor performance. Ensure proper repair techniques and manufacturer standards are followed. Maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste, and regulatory standards. Maintain safe and operational shop equipment. Implement training programs to improve service department performance. Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships. Continuously improve service processes, efficiency, and performance. Requirements 5+ years of Automotive Service Director/Management experience a MUST! High Line experience is preferred. Experience managing 20+ employees preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience with dealership DMS systems and service reporting tools. High-energy personality with a strong work ethic. Excellent customer satisfaction skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
