• What You'll Do:

• Fleet Services Automotive Technician
• is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection. +

• Knowledge:

• + Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight + Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

• Additional Notes:

• + Must have tools to perform necessary repairs + Must have a Valid Driver's License

• What We're Looking For:

• 1 years experience in automotive repairs + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred + Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations + Ability to influence + Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems + Ability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, results-oriented, and highly engaged team.

Overtime Pay:

Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime) +

Holiday Pay:

Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay) +

Sick Pay:

Granted Up to 48 hours + Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays) +

Profit Sharing:
