Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mercedes-Benz Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Mercedes-Benz vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Candidates with Mercedes-Benz certification and luxury automotive experience are strongly preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems and special tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations. Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the dealership. Document repair procedures and findings accurately in repair orders. Stay current with Mercedes-Benz technical training and service bulletins. Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license for at least two years with a clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician status. ASE Certifications. Experience with luxury European vehicles. Hybrid and EV service certification. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a shop environment for extended periods. Ability to operate vehicles and shop equipment safely.

Compensation Salary Range:
