The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues efficiently. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The Automotive Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs and replacements on various automotive components. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive problems. Ensure alignment of vehicles is performed accurately to meet manufacturer specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle status and repair options. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous training. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician in a dealership or repair shop setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with ADAS technologies and their applications in modern vehicles is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively. Understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures, including diesel engine repair when applicable. Ability to read and interpret automotive schematics accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience with auto estimating processes is a plus. Welding skills are advantageous but not mandatory. Must possess a valid driver's license.
