This is a mobile field position covering the Inland Empire, LA County, and surrounding areas. The right candidate should already have hands-on experience with vehicles, 12V wiring, car electronics, automotive accessories, or similar installation work. This is not a helper-only role and not a train-from-zero position . We provide training on our specific products, installation standards, route process, photos, testing, and customer site procedures, but candidates must already be comfortable working on vehicles with tools and basic 12V wiring. This can be a good fit for someone coming from car audio, alarms, backup cameras, retail automotive electronics, fleet installs, or mobile electronics work who wants steady W2 employment, a company vehicle, and a more professional field-service path. Ideal Candidate This role is a good fit for someone who: Has hands-on automotive or 12V installation experience Understands basic vehicle wiring, clean wire routing, mounting, and testing Is comfortable removing panels, using hand tools, and working inside vehicles Can follow written instructions and installation standards Can work independently after onboarding Is reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Wants to move beyond shop-only or retail install work Is comfortable working at customer locations and fleet yards What You'll Do Install GPS trackers, dashcams, AI cameras, and related fleet technology Work on cars, vans, trucks, and commercial fleet vehicles Perform clean wire routing, mounting, connecting, and testing Take clear installation photos and confirm equipment is working Follow assigned routes planned by the company Start from home in a company-provided vehicle Work independently in the field after onboarding Occasionally work alongside other installers Communicate professionally with customers and the team What You Get $175

Requirements Prior hands-on automotive, 12V, car electronics, fleet, or mechanical installation experience required Must be comfortable using hand tools and working inside vehicles Must understand basic wiring, routing, mounting, and testing Clean or acceptable driving record Must be able to meet company vehicle insurance requirements Comfortable working independently after onboarding Comfortable working at customer locations Must be based near Ontario, Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, or surrounding Inland Empire cities Available to start routes between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Employment is subject to an acceptable background check related to the duties of this position Preferred Experience Commercial fleet vehicle installs GPS tracking systems AI dash camera systems Dashcam installation Car audio installation Alarm installation Backup camera installation Retail automotive electronics installation Other 12V vehicle electronics Driving, Background Check & Customer Site Requirements This position requires driving a company-provided vehicle, working independently at customer locations, accessing customer vehicles and equipment, handling tools and installation equipment, and occasionally working at restricted or non-public job sites. Employment is subject to an acceptable driving record, background check, and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Background check results are reviewed based on job-related safety, trust, driving, customer-property access, and restricted-site access concerns. Work Location On the road. Primary coverage areas include Ontario, Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, LA County, the Inland Empire, and surrounding areas.
