San Bruno, CA 94066 Position Summary As an Automotive Service Advisor , you will be the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, managing service and repair communication. You will listen carefully to customer concerns, coordinate service appointments, manage repair authorizations, and set clear expectations for customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers in person or by phone. Communicate repair progress and ensure vehicles are ready when promised. Obtain customer authorization for any revised repair estimates. Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition. Ensure all completed repairs undergo quality control and road testing. Stay informed about vehicle operations, warranties, service campaigns, and technical bulletins. Meet or exceed service level targets and maintain accurate documentation. Adhere to all safety policies and participate in team meetings and training. Job Requirements:

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred. Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and dependable work ethic. Strong customer service and safety orientation. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate the internet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and understand service instructions. Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
