At Dieter's Automotive, we've built a reputation on doing quality work and treating customers like people, not ticket numbers. We're hiring an experienced Service Advisor who can walk into this environment and hit the ground running: writing accurate ROs, presenting honest estimates, and being the steady voice between customers and technicians. Abraham, the owner, built this shop to do things the right way — and he's only interested in adding people who share that standard. If you're a top performer who wants to be recognized and rewarded as one, keep reading. This is not a training role. We're looking for someone who already understands the job and is ready to own it.

  • Write clear, accurate repair orders and build detailed estimates
  • Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly to customers

  • Manage multiple vehicles and customers without dropping the ball
  • Keep documentation tight and job tracking current throughout the day
  • Follow up proactively — before customers have to ask
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor at an independent automotive shop (required — this is not an entry-level role)
  • You have a track record of top performance and the numbers to back it up
  • Solid command of automotive repair terminology and shop operations
  • Experience writing ROs and presenting repair recommendations with confidence
  • Strong communication skills — with customers and technicians alike
  • Organized, self-directed, and reliable under pressure

  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Relocation assistance
