We are a locally owned small business that has specialized in Asian vehicles since the early 1980's. We've cultivated a team of "out of the box" individuals who treat each other like family and extend that atmosphere and culture with our customers. What you'll do and What we expect of you: To have a High School Diploma or equivalent Possess a valid CA driver's license Diagnose vehicles according to the appropriate level of experience while using factory and aftermarket scanners and software To perform services/repairs as outlined via our digital vehicle multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy Explain technical diagnosis and required repairs to non-mechanically inclined individuals Recommend services (preventative and/or required) to keep customer's vehicles in running condition; including properly documenting all recommendations in customer file Maintain appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications Respect and responsibility of our shop, each other's workspace(s), tools and equipment, our fellow co- workers and customers.
