Our client, an innovative leader in the automotive and autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a Trainer
  • Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Trainer
  • Vehicle Technician, you will be part of the Base Operations technical training team supporting diverse teams across various locations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for technical education, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 53/hour + Benefits What's the Job?
Research, analyze, and identify specific training needs to support team objectives Select appropriate delivery methodology, develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and student handouts Develop and administer ongoing training programs covering onboarding, safety, high voltage interaction, CAN diagnosis, and electric vehicle systems Work closely with internal and external teams to define training requirements and ensure content standardization Schedule and conduct classroom and on-the-job instruction, tracking and reporting completion metrics What's Needed? ASE Certifications preferred; AC609 Certification is a plus 2-5 years of automotive or autonomous vehicle experience preferred Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, and service best practices Extensive knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including batteries, inverters, and troubleshooting techniques Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly What's in it for me?
