What We Offer Top-tier wages — for qualified technicians Comprehensive medical, dental, and optical insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays State-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest diagnostic technology Climate controlled workshop Factory training and certification support for all five brands A team-oriented, professional shop culture built on mutual respect Long-term career growth within a prestigious, established dealership group Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Lamborghini, Maserati, and Pagani vehicles Execute complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic system repairs to OEM standards Utilize factory scan tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues efficiently Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly to service advisors Complete all repair orders with thorough, accurate documentation Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all safety protocols Stay current with manufacturer technical service bulletins, updates, and training Qualifications & Requirements Journeyman Technician status with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive experience with European luxury or supercar brands Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software platforms ASE certifications preferred but not required; manufacturer certifications a significant plus Strong understanding of high-performance engines, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Demonstrated expertise with European luxury or supercar brands strongly preferred Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Own a complete set of professional-grade tools Our Brands Working here means working on vehicles that most technicians will never see in their careers.
