About Us Exotic Mechanic is a premier high-performance automotive repair shop specializing in European and exotic vehicles, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, and more. We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and an exceptional client experience. Our shop is built for technicians who operate with a high level of independence and hold themselves to a higher standard. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based bonus tied to productivity and billed hours Opportunity to work on top-tier luxury and exotic brands Health benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule (4x10 or 5x8) Highly productive, professional work environment Growth opportunities within a premium automotive brand Clean, organized, enthusiast-driven shop Responsibilities Diagnose the root cause of mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and perform accurate, lasting repairs Execute all work in accordance with repair orders, shop standards, and manufacturer specifications Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and recommend necessary repairs or improvements Perform road tests and final quality checks to ensure all repairs meet shop standards Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all work performed, including notes and supporting photos as needed Handle all vehicles with care, maintaining cleanliness and immediately reporting any change in condition Maintain accountability for all shop tools and equipment Keep a clean, organized, and professional workspace Stay current with evolving vehicle systems, diagnostic technology, and repair procedures Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Qualifications 10+ years of automotive industry experience, with 3-5+ years of brand-specific experience preferred Experience with brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz Advanced diagnostic capability (electrical and mechanical) Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and scan tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality Preferred (Not Required) Manufacturer training or certifications How to Apply Submit your resume along with a cover letter summarizing your relevant experience.
