Automotive Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This position ideal for an experienced technician who can efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of Volvo's while consistently producing high-quality work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic and import vehicles Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC repairs Conduct inspections and identify additional repair recommendations Accurately document work performed and parts needed Maintain productivity and efficiency under flat rate standards Follow manufacturer procedures and safety guidelines Keep work area clean and organized Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Qualifications 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience with scan tools and diagnostic equipment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay structure Paid holidays and vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Preferred Skills Strong work ethic and time management Ability to meet productivity goals Experience with dealerships and with Volvo Product Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop Apply Today If you are a hardworking technician looking for a shop that values productivity, quality work, and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
