  • 175,000+ based on production About the Opportunity We are a high-performing European automotive repair facility serving a premium Silicon Valley clientele.
Our shop specializes in high-end European vehicles and provides a customer-first experience built around professionalism, efficiency, and quality workmanship. We are looking for an experienced A-Level European Technician who thrives in diagnostics, major repair work, and a team-oriented environment. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled technician to earn strong income while working with advanced equipment, modern systems, and consistent car count. What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs from start to finish Work on high-end European vehicles Complete major mechanical repairs including timing chains, lifters, engine R&R, and component replacement Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns Document detailed repair notes for service advisors and customers Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in an independent automotive repair environment Strong European vehicle experience required Advanced diagnostic ability Ability to explain the "why" behind repairs Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Strong communication and documentation skills Professional and organized ASE certifications preferred Valid driver's license required Must pass background check and drug screening Benefits Medical insurance with 100% employee coverage Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid holidays PTO and sick time Paid training and certification support ASE reimbursement Uniforms provided Tool relocation assistance available If you are an experienced European technician looking for a long-term opportunity with strong compensation, quality leadership, and a professional atmosphere, we would love to speak with you. #IND-WM
