of Monterey BMW of Monterey Service Technician Monterey BMW is seeking an experienced and motivated Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service team. What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles according to factory standards Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional service needs Use advanced diagnostic equipment and BMW systems Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment Stay current with BMW technical training and certifications Qualifications Previous dealership or European automotive repair experience preferred BMW experience strongly preferred ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality We offer the best-in-class industry benefits: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
