Responsibilities Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Conduct oil changes using various lubricants and filters, adhering to manufacturer specifications Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle stability and tire longevity Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for maintenance tasks and minor repairs Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to customers or supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with oil change procedures & tire services Proven ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Service technician experience that demonstrates reliability and technical competence Basic sales skills for recommending additional services or products when appropriate This role offers an exciting chance to develop your automotive expertise while delivering top-tier service.
