• Ongoing training, certification advancement, and internal promotion paths Transmission Technician (Fleet) Job Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain automatic and manual transmission systems for fleet and commercial vehicles Perform transmission rebuilds, replacements, and component-level repairs Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on drivetrain and transmission systems Troubleshoot drivability issues related to transmissions, torque converters, and related systems Perform diagnostic testing using scan tools and specialized equipment Complete all repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and recommended services Communicate clearly with service advisors and fleet managers regarding repair status and timelines Ensure timely turnaround of vehicles while maintaining high-quality workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits Pay Range:

$34.00

• 50.
