If you've spent time spraying cars and you're tired of rushed production work, poor prep, or fighting bad bodywork before you even pick up the gun, this is a chance to work in a more quality-driven environment where the finish actually matters. This is not collision repair and it's not high-volume insurance work. You'll be part of a team manufacturing modern classic vehicles where paint quality, surface finish, consistency, and attention to detail are taken seriously. We're looking for someone who already has solid automotive paint experience and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work. What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of the team turning rough body surfaces into something clean, straight, and ready for finish: You'll be part of the team responsible for bringing these vehicles to life through high-quality paint preparation and application: Prep, mask, seal, and spray vehicle components and full vehicle surfaces with consistency and care Mix and apply primers, sealers, basecoats, and clearcoats while maintaining color quality and finish standards Identify surface imperfections, contamination, texture issues, or defects before they become bigger problems Work closely with body technicians to ensure panels are truly ready for paint Cut, buff, polish, and refine finishes when needed to meet quality expectations Maintain spray equipment, paint materials, and work areas in clean, organized condition Stay disciplined with safety procedures, PPE usage, and paint booth processes Take pride in producing finishes that look clean, straight, and professionally executed Work alongside experienced technicians in a gold standard production environment focused on craftsmanship and quality You'll be in a production environment where paint quality, finish consistency, and craftsmanship are expected to matter every day.
