Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards Communicate findings clearly with advisors and team members Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally Qualifications 2+ yrs. This is a flat rate position eligible also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $50.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
