As a Toyota Automotive Technician, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-tier service, driving satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Execute complex repairs such as engine overhauls, transmission replacements, wheel alignments, and welding tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components efficiently. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Diagnose electrical system problems within automotive electrical systems using specialized diagnostic equipment. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Stay current with the latest automotive technology developments such as ADAS calibration and GM vehicle systems to provide expert service. Assist in auto estimating processes by accurately assessing repair needs and parts requirements. Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed for quality assurance and warranty purposes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and service technician roles. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Expertise in working with powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software for precise repairs. Familiarity with ADAS calibration processes and advanced driver assistance system troubleshooting. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes including GM vehicles when applicable. Ability to read technical manuals accurately and follow detailed repair procedures systematically. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Experience in auto estimating software for accurate repair cost assessments. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems integration and troubleshooting techniques. Skilled in performing wheel alignments and suspension diagnostics for optimal vehicle handling. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements 3+ year of prior Automotive Technician experience Toyota Certified Master Technician a plus! Pay:
$33.00 - $45.00 per hour
