The Role We're looking for an experienced

• A-Level Technician
• to serve as a
• Shop Lead
• — someone who can handle complex diagnostics, turn cars efficiently, and help set the standard for quality in our shop. This isn't a babysitting role; we want someone who takes ownership of their bay and their ROs. What You'll Do
• Perform accurate, efficient diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
• Complete repairs in a timely manner without cutting corners
• Write your own repair orders — clear, thorough, and customer-ready
• Conduct
• Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• using our shop software
• Use a smartphone and computer as everyday tools (tablet/DVI platforms, shop management software)
• Collaborate with the team and help maintain a professional, productive shop environment What We're Looking For

• Required:

• Proven A-Level technician experience — you can diagnose and repair anything that rolls in
• Ability to write professional repair orders independently
• Comfortable with digital inspections and basic computer/phone use
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team player who can eventually take on a lead role
• Preferred (not required):
• ASE Master Certified
• Valid Smog License
• Valid Smog Repair License What We Offer
