We specialize in hybrid and EV repair and are committed to developing technicians long-term. Entry-Level Technician PositionNo Experience Required — Will Train This position is ideal for someone who: Wants to build a career in automotive repair Shows up on time consistently Has a strong work ethic Is willing to learn every day Takes direction well Pays attention to detail Wants long-term growth opportunities Entry-Level Responsibilities Perform inspections and basic maintenance Learn shop workflow and repair procedures Assist experienced technicians Maintain cleanliness and organization Document findings with notes and photos Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements What You'll Learn Hybrid & EV systems Diagnostics Brake and suspension repair Electrical troubleshooting Inspection procedures Professional shop workflow We believe in training and developing people, not just filling positions. Experienced Automotive TechnicianHybrid / EV Experience Preferred (But Not Required) We are also looking for an experienced technician who: Can perform diagnostics and repairs independently Communicates clearly with advisors and teammates Documents findings thoroughly Takes pride in quality workmanship Helps maintain workflow efficiency Wants to continue growing professionally Responsibilities Diagnostics and repair Inspections with photos and measurements Hybrid & EV repair work Suspension, brakes, maintenance, and drivability Following documented repair procedures Supporting shop standards and team culture Preferred Qualifications Automotive repair experience Diagnostic ability ASE certifications are a plus Hybrid or EV experience is a plus Strong documentation habits Reliable attendance and punctuality
