About the Role As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance by delivering high-quality routine maintenance services. You will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose vehicle needs, execute precise repairs, and contribute to a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid exchanges, and filter replacements to ensure optimal vehicle health. Conduct comprehensive safety and courtesy inspections to identify potential mechanical issues before they escalate. Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation, to improve vehicle handling and longevity. Replace essential components such as batteries, belts, and hoses to maintain vehicle reliability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment to maximize workflow efficiency and team productivity. Collaborate with the service team to provide timely, accurate support that enhances the overall customer experience. Qualifications Required Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive bending or reaching. Strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and professional growth. Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills Prior experience in an automotive service or repair environment. Active pursuit of or interest in obtaining ASE certifications. Coachable mindset with a desire to learn from experienced industry professionals. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
