Automotive Technician (C-Tech) - Independent Shop

We are a busy and independent automotive shop with a dedicated crew of four employees. We specialize in JDM and American vehicles and pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time. Because we are a small shop, we do not have corporate red tape or managers breathing down your neck. We simply have a passion for cars and a focus on taking care of our customers. The Role We are looking for a solid C-Level Technician who can hit the ground running. You will not just be a number here. You will be a vital part of our daily operation. Your main focus will be the core work that keeps our shop moving. This includes oil changes with digital inspections, brakes, suspension work, and general repairs. However, we are looking for someone with ambition. If you have the ability or the strong desire to move into heavy line work, such as engine and transmission repair, we want to give you that opportunity. This is the perfect role for someone who is good at the basics but wants to expand their skill set in a supportive environment.

What You Will Be Doing General Repair:

You will handle brakes, suspension, alignments, and routine maintenance.

Oil Change and Inspection:

You will be expected to perform Oil Changes with thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections.

Teamwork:

You will need to keep accurate records of your work, keep your bay clean, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.

What We Need From You Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional automotive shop.

Technical Skills:

Capable of oil changes, brake jobs, suspension work, and other light repairs.

Specialization:

Familiarity with JDM vehicles is highly desirable.

Attitude:

We need a reliable self starter. We do not micromanage our team, so we trust you to work independently.

Tools:

You must have your own set of basic tools.

Communication:
