ASE and certification reimbursement State-of-the-art shop with current diagnostic equipment What We're Looking For 3+ years of automotive technician experience INFINITI, Nissan, or luxury brand experience preferred ASE certifications required (Master Tech a plus) Strong diagnostic and electrical skills Clean MVR, able to pass background and drug screening Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs to factory standards Work alongside a tight-knit team with direct shop management support Communicate clearly with service advisors on repair needs and timelines Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace Why Rickenbaugh Family-owned automotive group with a reputation for taking care of their people.
