Full Job Description Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Apprentice Lube Technician to join our growing service team. If you enjoy working with your hands, have a passion for vehicles, and want to grow your career in the automotive industry — we'd love to meet you!
Position Overview:
The Automotive Apprentice Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks while providing fast, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks Rotate, inspect, and adjust tires as needed Complete vehicle safety inspections and document findings Perform basic maintenance services following dealership and manufacturer standards Check and replace light bulbs, wiper blades, batteries, and air filters Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist fellow technicians and service advisors as needed Deliver excellent customer service and uphold dealership standards
Requirements:
Previous lube technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred, but not required Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive service industry Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States
