Full Job Description Description:
Join our growing team at Groove Toyota! We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Lot Technician to help manage and maintain our vehicle inventory and lot presentation. If you enjoy working outdoors and being around cars, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the automotive industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the dealership vehicle lot for a clean, professional appearance. Move, park, and stage vehicles as directed by management. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and proper placement. Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers. Keep the lot free of debris and organized for optimal vehicle display. Assist service and sales teams with vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and general support. Perform light cleaning of vehicles as needed (interior and exterior). Maintain inventory control by checking vehicles in and out. Follow all safety and dealership procedures.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles. Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Authorized to work in the United States.
