We are not looking for a parts changer. JCB Euro is building a modern European automotive repair facility focused on precision diagnostics, professional standards, and long-term customer relationships. JCB Euro represents the next evolution of a long-established Land Rover specialty shop with deep roots in the Colorado market. While our heritage is strongly tied to Land Rover, Range Rover, and the Colorado SUV lifestyle, our vision is broader: We are expanding into a full European Auto Repair specialization while continuing to build on the diagnostic standards, customer relationships, and reputation that established our foundation. We service and support European vehicles across multiple platforms while maintaining the specialized expertise and customer care that built our reputation. We believe in saying "yes" whenever technically and operationally feasible. We are actively investing in tooling, workflow development, staffing, and long-term growth as we build the next phase of the company. Land Rover & Range Rover Jaguar Porsche Audi BMW Mercedes-Benz INEOS Grenadier What We're Looking For We want technicians who: Diagnose instead of guess Understand modern vehicle systems Care about workmanship and precision Document findings clearly Work well with advisors and teammates Want to improve professionally Take pride in solving difficult problems correctly You should be comfortable with: Electrical diagnostics CAN/LIN network systems Drivability diagnostics Cooling systems Suspension and air suspension systems AWD/4x4 systems OEM-level scan tools Oscilloscopes and modern testing equipment Structured diagnostic procedures European experience is strongly preferred, but strong diagnostic ability and professionalism matter more than badges on a resume. Expectations You will be expected to: Confirm complaints before teardown Produce strong RO stories Document diagnostics properly Support DVI/photo evidence standards Work cleanly and professionally Perform final verification testing Communicate clearly with advisors Take ownership of your work Continue learning and improving This is a professional diagnostic environment.

Compensation Flat Rate:
