Join the MAD Detailing (MAD 4X4) Team - We're Hiring a Tire & Lube Technician! Do you take pride in precision, safety, and high-quality routine vehicle care? MAD Detailing (MAD 4X4) is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tire & Lube Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on essential preventative maintenance and tire services that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. If you're skilled in oil changes, tire work, and basic inspections—and ready for a fast-paced, professional shop environment—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine oil and filter changes using manufacturer-recommended products and procedures Inspect, rotate, mount, and balance tires for a wide range of vehicles Diagnose and repair basic tire issues, including punctures and leaks Check and top off all vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, power steering, washer fluid, etc.) Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, and general vehicle condition for potential concerns Perform basic under-vehicle and safety inspections Identify and communicate maintenance needs or recommended services Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop procedures Provide excellent service and clear communication with customers and team members

Qualifications:

1-2+ years of experience in tire service, lube service, or general preventative maintenance Skilled in mounting, balancing, rotating, and inspecting tires Proficient in basic shop tools and lubrication service procedures Strong understanding of tires, wheels, fluids, filters, and basic brake/suspension components Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety Familiarity with multiple vehicle makes and models is a plus Valid driver's license required; relevant certifications (e.g., TIA, ASE MLR) preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday Occasional weekend availability may be required Pay range: $20-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Why Join Us?
