Job Description

We are seeking a skilled
CDL, CNG
Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair compressed natural gas (CNG) and diesel fleet vehicles. This role ensures vehicles meet all Colorado DOT, CDPHE, and federal safety standards while supporting reliable operations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNG and diesel engines, fuel systems, and components Perform CNG fuel system inspections in compliance with NFPA 52 and manufacturer standards Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections Maintain accurate service and compliance records Ensure adherence to OSHA and Colorado safety regulations Respond to road calls as needed Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A or B) with clean driving record Current DOT Medical Card Experience with CNG systems and heavy-duty vehicles preferred Knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair procedures Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Preferred ASE certifications (Medium/Heavy Truck or Alternative Fuels) CNG inspection certification/training Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
