Roadside Assistance Technician

Duties Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle issues efficiently on-site Perform repairs such as changing flat tires, jump-starting batteries, and replacing and testing batteries. Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems accurately Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for each incident Ensure all safety protocols are followed during roadside interventions to protect yourself and motorists Assist with vehicle recovery when necessary, including lane and road closures or securing stranded vehicles Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on various vehicle systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to roadside challenges Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely Prior experience in vehicle repair or roadside assistance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Embark on a career where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact.
