Job Description
Service Writer / Automotive Service Advisor Lenon's Tire and Auto Repair is a fast growing, family owned automotive repair shop with locations in Northglenn and Louisville, Colorado. We are looking for a motivated Service Writer who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and wants to grow with a company that values accountability, customer service, and teamwork. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms. Build estimates and repair orders using our digital inspection process. Communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations clearly and professionally. Follow up on approved and deferred repairs. Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians. Schedule appointments and manage vehicle status updates. Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers. Maintain accurate records in our shop management system. Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic automotive knowledge required. Experience with Tekmetric is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
