Overview Join our dynamic team as a Polaris Technician and become a vital part of delivering exhilarating experiences to our customers! In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of off-road vehicles, including UTVs, ATVs, and
SNOWMOBILES.
Your mechanical expertise and passion for motorsports will drive your success as you ensure every vehicle is performing at peak levels. This paid position offers the opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while working with the latest tools and technology. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powersports vehicles using automotive and electrical diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and service engines, brakes, suspension systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, air tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, and engine repairs following manufacturer specifications. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing technical advice, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Test ride vehicles post-repair to verify quality and safety standards are met before returning them to customers. Maintain detailed service records, parts inventory, and work orders to ensure accurate documentation of all repairs performed. Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of powersports engine systems and mechanical repair. Expertise in powersports diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting using specialized diagnostic equipment. Hands-on experience with all-terrain vehicle repair, maintenance, brake systems, suspension work, welding, soldering, and vehicle assembly. Mechanical knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and the use of power tools essential for efficient repairs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs. Familiarity with automotive repair standards and best practices to ensure quality workmanship across all services. $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
