Weekly breakfast + training lunches Quarterly team outings Ongoing Apex training Strong team culture, no drama What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles start to finish Heavy repair work (timing chains, lifters, major R&R) Minimal diag (10%) — mostly repair work (90%) Focus on production and efficiency Shop Setup 22 lifts / 22 bays Alignment rack Heated shop (A/C in progress + personal cooling units) Autel, Zeus, TopDon, Hunter scanners Tekmetric + Steer systems What You Need 7+ years independent repair experience Advanced diagnostics and repair skills Experience with all makes and models ASE certifications preferred Valid driver's license Schedule Monday-Friday 7:45 AM
