Lube Technician - AutoStar of Silverthorne Join the AutoStar Family AutoStar of Silverthorne is seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing service team. Position Overview As a Lube Technician, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services while ensuring every vehicle is serviced safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position serves as an excellent entry point into the automotive service industry with a clear path toward becoming a Certified Service Technician. Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications. Complete tire rotations and tire pressure inspections. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections. Check and top off fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and power steering fluid. Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades. Inspect tires, brakes, batteries, belts, and hoses for wear and needed maintenance. Accurately document inspection findings and maintenance recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist service technicians with repairs and shop operations as needed. Follow dealership and manufacturer safety standards. Qualifications Automotive experience preferred. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
