Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using advanced automotive tools and equipment Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete mechanical repairs with precision Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including fluid replacements, belt replacements, and mechanical adjustments Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for vehicle servicing Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and service recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Hands-on mechanic experience with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and tire service Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools and power tools Previous service technician experience demonstrating technical skill and customer service aptitude Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle repairs or parts handling Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to develop your skills in a vibrant team environment.
