Exp/Ability Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and gather information about vehicle issues or service needs. Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance. Coordinate service appointments and manage workflow between customers and technicians. Maintain accurate service records and update customers on progress.
