In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring every vehicle receives top-quality service while delivering an exceptional experience. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and customer service will help customers feel confident and informed about their vehicle maintenance needs. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Prepare detailed auto service estimates using auto estimating software, clearly explaining repairs and costs Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts, diesel engine repairs, and auto body repairs Upsell additional services by identifying customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale Maintain thorough documentation of all service activities, repair orders, and customer interactions Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Requirements Proven dealership experience or auto service management background with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures Mechanical knowledge across various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, alignments, tire services, shocks & struts, diesel engines, and oil changes Experience working with service technicians to coordinate repairs efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Familiarity with auto estimating tools and automotive repair processes Ability to upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs Knowledge of automotive sales techniques is a plus but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience handling cash transactions is preferred Join us in delivering outstanding automotive care while building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
