What You'll Do:

Greet customers and document vehicle concerns clearly and accurately Create repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians Recommend maintenance and repair services based on Kia guidelines Provide timely updates on repair status, costs, and timelines Review final invoices and explain services performed Ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the service process Maintain a clean, organized service drive and uphold dealership standards Support Express Service operations as needed You will follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes preferred Familiarity with service writing software and tools preferred Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Please upload your resume.
